These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HIP Networks services, including our FAST channels (such as HIP Horror, HIP Music, HIP Movies, HIP Live, VINT EDGE, and related channels) and our associated applications and websites (the "Service"), operated by Hip Network, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview of the Service
The Service provides access to free, ad-supported streaming video channels under the HIP Networks brand, including but not limited to HIP Horror, HIP Music, HIP Movies, HIP Live, HIP Kids, HIP Sports, VINT EDGE, and other related channels, as well as any associated websites, applications, and experiences that we operate. We may make changes to the channels, programming, and features over time.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and you use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including data protection and export control rules.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" will refer to that entity.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- To store, transmit, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or any third-party systems.
- To attempt to bypass or circumvent Service security, rate limits, or metering.
- To process personal data that you do not have a valid lawful basis to process under applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR where applicable).
4. Your Data and Responsibilities
"Your Data" includes all prompts, payloads, logs, and other information you send to or through the Service, including responses from upstream AI providers. You retain any rights you hold in Your Data. You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of Your Data.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, cache, transmit, and process Your Data as necessary to operate and secure the Service, to comply with law, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Relationship with Upstream Providers
The Service acts as a proxy and cache between you and upstream AI providers. Your use of those upstream providers remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or behavior of upstream providers.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating model outputs before relying on them in production or high-risk contexts.
6. EU & UK Users / GDPR
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws may apply. When we act as a controller of personal data, we process such data on the legal bases described in our Privacy Policy (for example, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations).
You are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate legal basis to send any personal data to the Service and to use any third-party services (such as analytics, advertising networks, or content delivery networks) you integrate with the Service. Where required, you must provide appropriate notices and obtain any necessary consents from end users.
7. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service and Your Data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your API keys, credentials, and systems secure.
8. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of material changes, but we are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or level of availability.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that cached responses or model outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use case.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drgnflai.org and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Drgnflai.org is established, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
